Prophet Ibrahim Park (Water & Fire Park / Park-e-Ab-o-Atash)

Prophet Ibrahim (PBUH) Park, widely known as Abo Atash (Water & Fire) Park, covers an area of approximately 18,000 square meters. Designed based on the story of Prophet Ibrahim, the park showcases the two central elements of water and fire and their significance in his life. Developed around the theme of travelogue, this section of Abasabad Eco Park is located at the beginning of the complex and introduces visitors to the concept of embarking on a journey by passing through fire and water. One of the attractive designs of the park is the “water fountains”.

Ab-o-Atash Park features a circular water display that shoots streams of water from 240 different points, reaching up to 10 meters high in a synchronized, musical performance. The park includes a dedicated water-play area, as well as four fire towers that project flames rising 6 to 8 meters into the air.

A wrought-iron curtain, standing 4 meters high and stretching 100 meters along the walkway, illustrates the story of Prophet Ibrahim’s life in six parts — from the breaking of idols and the burning of the “fire of fitna” (sedition) to the descent of the angels of revelation, the sacrifice of Prophet Ismail, and the Hajj. This installation is known as the Screen Narrative.

The Siavash statue, inspired by the character from ancient Iranian literature whose story parallels that of Prophet Ibrahim, is also located within the park. Another key feature is the open-air rotating amphitheater, covered by a 700-square-meter tent structure and accommodating up to 750 people. It hosts a variety of performances, including narrations, curtain-reading performances (Pardeh khani), street theater, and religious or ritual ceremonies.

Additionally, some of the urban furniture in Abasabad Eco Park originates from the park’s furniture symposium — unique seating designs that often draws the attention of visitors.
