Music House

Music House is one of the prominent new projects of the Abasabad Cultural and Tourism Area of Tehran (ACTAT), spanning approximately 3,500 square meters in five floors, completely designed and built around the concept of music. This professional complex aims to become one of the artistic hubs of the capital and currently serves as a specialized space for nurturing talent, producing music pieces, and performing musical activities.

Music House includes two main performance halls with capacities ranging from 130 to 300 seats, two fully equipped music recording studios, two rehearsal halls (plateaus), and a multipurpose flat hall adaptable for various musical styles and performance needs. The architectural and interior design of the building meets acoustic standards and incorporates state‑of‑the‑art equipment. Its vibrant outdoor space is also suitable for open‑air performances and gatherings of music enthusiasts.

To the northeast of Music House lies the Music Hall, and these two projects are connected with the aim of supporting the development and education of music. The Music Hall, with an area of approximately 30,000 square meters, encompasses two halls with 150 and 500 seats, providing opportunities to host large‑scale musical performances and activities.

Furthermore, utilizing the pedestrian sidewalk on the western side of the complex completes the “Art Garden” based on the Iranian Art Garden pattern, which is the key concept of the overall project.

Today, Music House stands as one of Tehran’s cultural landmarks, offering a professional and standardized environment for artists and music practitioners, and playing an influential role in enhancing the cultural capacity of Abasabad Cultural and Tourism Area of Tehran.
